Fred is an award-winning filmmaker, playwright, and television writer living in Los Angeles. He was the head writer of the hit CBS television show Recipe Rehab, earning a Parents Choice Award for its final season. Fred's plays have been produced Off-Broadway and around the country. Fred is also the author of the cult science fiction novel Shoot the Moon.
